Returns

  • We accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, you must Contact Us
      within 1 day of your order’s arrival.

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days in original condition to remain eligible for a refund.

Order Inspection

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • If you discover any damage or issues, notify us immediately.

  • A photo or video of the damaged product must be provided within 1 day of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

Replacements

  • Once your claim is verified, we will gladly replace damaged products at no additional cost.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non‑refundable.
