At OB&B Skincare, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our policy below:

  • Our Commitment

    At OB&B Skincare, we take pride in creating premium, natural, small-batch skincare products. We want you to love everything you purchase from us. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and health and safety regulations, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

    Unopened Products

    We accept returns of unopened products in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@obbskincare.com. Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 14 days. To initiate a return:

    • Contact us at info@obbskincare.com with your order number
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process after we receive your return

    Opened Products

    Due to the natural ingredients in our skincare products and health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened products. Once a product seal is broken, it cannot be resold.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Error)

    • Email us at info@obbskincare.com with your order number and photos of the item
    • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
    • You will receive a full refund — including original shipping costs — or a replacement product, your choice
    • Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process once we receive your return

    Items Damaged During Transit (Carrier Damage)

    • Email us at info@obbskincare.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery
    • Once a package has been accepted by USPS, OB&B Skincare is not liable for damage that occurs during transit
    • In the event of carrier damage, we will refund the cost of the product only — original shipping costs are non-refundable as the damage occurred outside of our control
    • We strongly recommend photographing your package upon delivery if exterior damage is visible
    • We also recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection on your order

     

    Subscription Orders

    Subscription orders follow the same return policy as one-time purchases. You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Changes must be made at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Opened skincare products (soaps, body oils, body butters, burned candles, etc.)
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

    Shipping Costs

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unopened items
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
