Directions i mixed with water and rubbed on back after cleaning with antibacterial soap and after a week it made a huge difference this is also the same stuff that healed my daughters rash still working on the chemical burn though!

Received my scrub and wow!! I felt so good after using it. The loofah that came with it was a bit small but the foam it makes made up for it. It really was unbelievable of how much foam it made and i washed my whole body with it. Well except for those parts. The scent of whatever kind of berry made me want to eat it.
